Our Services

D&S Clearances provides property clearance, rubbish removal, and related services across Cornwall, Devon and the UK. All quotes are fixed price and agreed before any work begins.

Quotes and Payment

All prices are fixed and confirmed before work starts. No day rates, no hidden charges. Payment is due on completion of the job unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange. We understand circumstances change and will always try to accommodate you.

Liability

D&S Clearances is fully insured with public liability cover. We take all reasonable care when working on your property. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or items not included in the agreed scope of work.

Waste Disposal

We are a licensed waste carrier registered with the Environment Agency. All waste is disposed of legally and responsibly. Waste transfer notes are available on request.
