Terms & Conditions – D&S Clearances

By using our services you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services

D&S Clearances provides property clearance, rubbish removal, and related services across Cornwall and Devon. All services are subject to a free, no-obligation quote prior to commencement.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of works unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash and bank transfer.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Liability

D&S Clearances is fully insured with public liability insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to properties.

Waste Disposal

All waste is disposed of legally in accordance with our Environment Agency waste carrier licence. We provide waste transfer notes for all jobs. We do not fly-tip under any circumstances.
